As your Personal Listing Representatives we will manage all marketing and sales activity relating to your home:

• Advertise your home with a description and color photograph in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. More than 14,000 real estate agents will have access to this information for their prospecting buyers.
• Provide a Multiple Listing "Lock Box" so your home can be shown when you are not available to unlock the door. The "Lock Box" can only be opened by certified real estate agents and has several built in security features.
• Place a "For Sale" sign in front of your home with professionally designed flyers.
• Hold a "Broker's Open" so other agents can preview your home for their prospective buyers. We will also conduct "Open Houses" for the general public if appropriate.
• Provide International advertising on the Internet (World Wide Web). This allows computer users all over the world to view a color photo and description of your home.
• Provide local and/or Internet advertising in at least two additional real estate marketing resources such as: Real Estate Magazines or local news papers.
• Call with pertinent information regarding the sales activity on your home. Of course you can call us with questions or concerns.
• Provide market information to our professional network and target markets.
