A real estate broker must have a wide range of skills to competently manage all the variables involved in the purchase or sale of your home.   Denny Perrigoue has acquired these skills through a rich blend of personal and professional life experiences.

From an early age, Denny was involved in the family businesses: logging, greenhouse produce sales, musical entertainment, to name a few. As a young adult he learned about building construction by selling lumber and hardware to contractors and homeowners. Denny came to the greater Everett area in 1961, married his wife, Sharon, and has enjoyed building a solid family life in Snohomish with his two children....and more recently, three grandchildren.

Denny started what is now a 30+ year career in real estate in 1969. Denny loves to note that the number of homes, commercial properties, apartment buildings, building sites and acreage he has sold would make a nice size town....and he is quick to add that with all his customers combined, what a friendly town it would be!

Denny knows the true meaning of the term "loyal customer" as many of his clients return to buy/sell their homes with the same capable, friendly person they met over the years!

Since 1971, Denny has owned a Real Estate office in Snohomish serving Snohomish, Skagit, and King Counties.
